Freelance Health & Safety Manager – Construction (NEBOSH)\n📍 Site-Based | Start 08/12/25 | 2-Weeks work\n\nOur client, a leading construction contractor, is urgently seeking an experienced Freelance Health & Safety Manager to support a busy site for the next 2 weeks, starting Monday.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Oversee day-to-day health & safety management on a live construction site\n\n * Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks\n\n * Ensure full compliance with H&S legislation and company policies\n\n * Identify risks and implement corrective actions\n\n * Provide on-site guidance to site teams and subcontractors\n\n * Prepare and submit daily/weekly H&S reports\n\nRequirements:\n\n * NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) – essential\n\n * Proven experience in a Health & Safety Manager role within construction\n\n * Strong knowledge of CDM regulations\n\n * Excellent communication and organisational skills\n\n * Ability to hit the ground running on a fast-paced site\n\nThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
