Full-time | Belfast City Centre | Hybrid 2 days in office | Junior Level Closes 23 April 2026 Location: Belfast city centre - 2 days per week in the office, 3 days working from home / on-site with clients We’re Platform Marketing, a creative agency based in Belfast, building brands and experiences people actually connect with through branding, digital marketing, website design, social media and video. All under one roof. We’re looking for a Junior Brand & UX Designer who’s hungry to grow, excited to work across both brand identity and user experience, and ready to be part of a team doing interesting work right here in the city. You don’t need to have all the answers yet, just curiosity, a good eye, and a genuine love for design. WORKING PATTERN IN THE OFFICE 2 days / week Belfast city centre FROM HOME 3 days / week TOOLS Adobe Creative Cloud Ai | Ps | Id | XD THE ROLE What you’ll be doing • Supporting the team across brand identity projects; logos, colour palettes, typography, guidelines, • Creating print and digital assets including social graphics, presentations, brochures and ad creatives, • Assisting with UX work, wireframes, user flows, screen designs and basic prototypes, • Preparing files for print and digital production to a high standard, • Keeping project assets organised and up to date in shared systems, • Taking on feedback constructively and iterating quickly, • Growing your skills through real client work and mentorship WHAT WE NEED Essential skills • A degree or equivalent in graphic design, UX or a related discipline, • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, • A portfolio showing strong visual design fundamentals, • Good grasp of layout, typography and colour, • Organised and comfortable working independently from home A Bonus • Experience with Figma or any prototyping tool, • Basic understanding of UX principles or user-centred design, • Any agency, placement or freelance experience, • Interest in motion graphics, • Familiarity with social media content formats WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU Competitive Salary: Reviewed as your skills develop Hybrid working: 2 days in Belfast city centre, 3 from home Adobe CC licence: Full suite provided Mentorship: Hands-on guidance from senior designers HOW TO APPLY Email: Send your portfolio and a short note on what excites you about this role.
