About the Job As a Front of House Assistant , you will make sure our guests receive a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include: • Welcoming guests and supporting check ins and check outs • Handling bookings, payments and guest requests • Welcoming guests and helping in our F&B areas • Delivering food and drinks and keeping the space clean and inviting • Handling guest issues with a positive and solution focused approach • Supporting events and activations • Working flexibly across the hotel and supporting your colleagues • Following hotel, health and safety and brand standards What We're Looking For • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred • Friendly, confident and professional communication • Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask • A positive, can do attitude and willingness to use your initiative • Comfortable working as part of a team • Confidence using IT systems Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is warm, proactive and genuinely enjoys creating great experiences for people .

    CLUSTER CHIEF ENGINEER Locke Canary Wharf & Cove Pinnacle Landmark We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Chief Engineer to lead our two Canary Wharf propertie’s maintenance operations and help ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our guests. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of the both hotel’s facilities, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards. You’ll lead and support our maintenance teams while working closely with external contractors to keep everything running smoothly. THE WORK IN YOUR HANDS Manage day-to-day maintenance operations across the both hotel properties Ensure all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, lifts, and mechanical systems) are maintained and fully operational Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities Plan and manage preventative maintenance schedules Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency repairs Supervise, train, and motivate maintenance staff Manage maintenance budgets, stock control, and ordering of supplies Liaise with external contractors and service providers Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and hotel brand standards Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports THE FIRE YOU CARRY Strong technical knowledge of hotel maintenance systems Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills Leadership and team management ability Good organisational and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Budget management and cost-control awareness High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction YOUR PROVEN TRACK Proven experience in a Chief Engineer or Senior Maintenance role, preferably within a hotel or property environment Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in building or facilities maintenance Relevant technical qualifications or trade background (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or similar) Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance standards Experience managing a team and working with contractors WHAT WE LOOK FOR We’re here to rethink what a modern lifestyle hotel can be. JOB OVERVIEW To co-operate and work with departmental colleagues and team members across the business, carry out tasks as designated and manage the day-to-day practical aspects of customer service in an organised, structured and professional way. Primary duties include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience. To carry out all tasks and procedures in line with statutory requirements and ensure that customer service is provided in line with the business and performance objectives of the Hotel. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Service Delivery: Creating tell-your-mates experiences that makes guests want to keep coming back Welcome guests, direct them to their tables, and ensure a clean and inviting space. Present menus, answer questions about dishes and beverages, and accurately record orders. Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and temperature. Refill drinks, clear used plates, and maintain a clean and organised dining area. Process payments, whether by credit card or room charging. Being empowered to use your initiative when dealing with handle customer complaints or issues with a positive attitude and seek to resolve them. Ensure tables are set up appropriately, and the dining area is clean and tidy. Relay orders accurately, address any issues with preparation, and coordinate service Actively looking for opportunities to grow revenue.
