We are looking for someone who enjoys being hands on, leading from the front and working closely with their team . You will play a key role in shaping the F&B experience while working closely with the hotel team to create a seamless experience for our guests. About the Job As F&B Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation and overall performance of our F&B offering . This is a hands on role. You will be on the floor, working alongside your team, supporting service, speaking with guests and making sure everything runs smoothly. You will also take ownership of the commercial side of the operation, including budgets, stock, costs and profitability. You will work closely with the wider hotel team, supporting events, activations and the overall guest experience. We are a collaborative environment, so communication and teamwork are a big part of the role. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, confident leading a team and comfortable getting stuck in . You will ideally have: • Previous experience managing a Food & Beverage operation or a similar hospitality environment. • A genuine passion for food, drinks and creating great guest experiences. • Good knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails. • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of budgets, costs and profitability. • Experience managing, coaching and developing a team. • Excellent communication and people skills. • A practical, organised and solution focused approach. • Confidence using POS, stock management and other hospitality systems. Most importantly, you will be someone who leads by example, enjoys working with people and is not afraid to get stuck in wherever needed . THE WORK IN YOUR HANDS Manage day-to-day maintenance operations across the both hotel properties Ensure all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, lifts, and mechanical systems) are maintained and fully operational Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities Plan and manage preventative maintenance schedules Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency repairs Supervise, train, and motivate maintenance staff Manage maintenance budgets, stock control, and ordering of supplies Liaise with external contractors and service providers Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and hotel brand standards Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports THE FIRE YOU CARRY Strong technical knowledge of hotel maintenance systems Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills Leadership and team management ability Good organisational and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Budget management and cost-control awareness High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction YOUR PROVEN TRACK Proven experience in a Chief Engineer or Senior Maintenance role, preferably within a hotel or property environment Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in building or facilities maintenance Relevant technical qualifications or trade background (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or similar) Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance standards Experience managing a team and working with contractors WHAT WE LOOK FOR We’re here to rethink what a modern lifestyle hotel can be.
