Export Customer Services - German - Kirkby in Ashfield - Onsite - £28K-£30K + Benefits Our client, an international successful company exporting to Europe, is looking to appoint an export sales administrator to support the export sales team. Based about 30 mins from Nottingham town centre, you will be fluent in German and English to a very high standard, both spoken and written. You will join an international team of around 20 export administrators. The role is to provide full administrative support to overseas agents, distributors and customers. This involves dealing with a wide variety of customer enquiries, order processing, quotations, despatch and all aspects of customer service. In addition, you would be expected to translate material from English into German and vice versa as part of the role. It is essential to speak and write fluent German to C1 level and fluent English. Previous experience in Customer service roles and administration is ideal, although fresh graduates can also be considered. Experience in a B2B environment is also key. Equally as important, is a professional and positive attitude and the ability to learn the full training provided. The export office is a fast moving environment and you must be highly organised and be able to work to tight deadlines. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm. The role is an office based position where you will receive full training. You will be working in amazing, brand new hi-tech offices and with a multinational establised team. You will manage equipment maintenance and supply contracts, hold budget responsibility, and act as the ‘Superuser' for our asset management systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain operational engineering equipment and associated asset management systems Supervise two Operational Equipment Technicians and ensure performance standards are met Oversee equipment acquisition, maintenance, and disposal processes, ensuring compliance with safety and legislative requirements Administer and monitor budgets (approx. £300k) and manage supplier and maintenance contracts Produce and maintain risk assessments, equipment notes, and technical documentation for operational equipment Analyse data from asset and financial systems to identify trends, efficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities Support the development of operational equipment strategies and the continuous improvement initiative Undertake investigations of near misses and dangerous occurrences relating to operational equipment and vehicles Why our client?
