Sous Chef - Premium Fresh Food Pub | Berkshire £40,000 per annum (incl. Tronc) Host Staffing is recruiting for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join a highly regarded, fresh food-led pub in rural Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established kitchen, open 7 days per week, serving a menu focused on the best of British and Mediterranean cuisine, with a strong emphasis on seasonal, high-quality ingredients. The Role: As Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Head & Sous Chef to support the kitchen team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality dishes in a busy service environment. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen Strong communication and organisational skills A passion for British and Mediterranean cuisine using fresh, seasonal produce Ability to perform under pressure during busy services A hands-on approach with a positive, team-focused attitude The Package: £40,000 per annum (£32K Base + £8K Tronc) 48 hours per week, working 5 days over 7 Includes evenings and weekends Opportunity to work within a quality-driven kitchen Supportive environment with scope for progression Important: This role is based in a rural location, so candidates must have their own transport.
