Overview \n Temp Warehouse & Stores Operative is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of all warehouse operations, including order fulfilment, stock handling, quality control, and goods-in/goods-out processes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong IT capability, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. \n The successful candidate will ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately, safely, and to a high standard of quality, while maintaining an organised and compliant working environment. \n Key Responsibilities \n Order & Stock Management \n\n • Process customer and internal orders via the ERP system.\n, • Receive deliveries from suppliers and verify incoming stock.\n, • Pick, pack, assemble, and dispatch orders with accurate documentation.\n, • Process and prepare medical kit requests.\n, • Inspect incoming kits for accuracy and quality.\n, • Maintain accurate stock inventory and ensure records are up to date.\n\n Quality Control & Compliance \n\n • Inspect incoming medical devices and components\n, • Maintain quality control data, inspection logs, and batch documentation.\n, • Carry out routine warehouse and production audits in line with SOPs and GMP.\n\n Operational & Cross-Functional Support \n\n • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally.\n, • Liaise with sales representatives regarding usage for surgical cases.\n, • Assist sales staff with product queries and support new operational rollouts.\n, • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Customer Service, QA/RA, Sales, Finance, etc.).\n, • Monitor and manage personal email inbox.\n, • Work flexibly across multiple operational areas when needed.\n\n \n Professionalism & Teamwork \n\n • Lead by example and promote strong team engagement.\n, • Maintain a tidy, organised, and safe warehouse environment.\n, • Proactively manage workload and take initiative in problem-solving.\n\n Essential Skills & Experience \n\n • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital documentation tools.\n, • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.\n, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n, • Strong customer service skills with a professional telephone manner.\n, • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.\n, • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.\n, • Problem-solving capability and proactive approach to workload.\n, • Ability to work flexibly with varying levels of workload.\n, • Evidence of contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.\n, • Commitment to quality, productivity, and team engagement.\n, • Solid administrative skills.\n\n Highly Desirable \n\n • Experience in the medical device industry, particularly handling sterile and non-sterile implantable products.\n\n
