We are seeking someone who wants to make a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people, with proven experience of management at a senior level in a residential setting. As the Registered Manager of a Childrens Home specialising in learning disabilities, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm, nurturing, and therapeutic environment is delivered in line with our core values. You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, providing strong leadership to a dedicated and professional team. Your role will also include overseeing safeguarding, care planning, compliance, and driving continuous improvement.
