As Building Services Manager, you’ll take end-to-end responsibility for how our buildings operate, evolve and support the business. This is a senior, hands-on role where your expertise in facilities management, statutory compliance and safety will directly shape the environments our people work in every day. You’ll have the autonomy to improve services, strengthen controls and continuously raise standards across our estate. Your Team You’ll be part of a collaborative, people-first organisation where Facilities Management plays a critical role in keeping the business running safely and smoothly. Working closely with FM Assistants, contractors and senior stakeholders, you’ll lead day-to-day service delivery while partnering with teams across the business. You’ll be trusted as the go-to expert for building-related matters, balancing operational delivery with strong relationships and clear communication. Your Impact Your work will have a visible and lasting impact across MHR. You’ll ensure our buildings are safe, compliant, resilient and fit for purpose, supporting our commitments to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 and SOC 2. From statutory compliance and audit readiness to physical security, fire safety and sustainability, your role underpins the experience of every colleague who walks through our doors.
