Role Overview As a Self-Employed Cleaner with KweensOfCleans, you will be responsible for delivering high-standard cleaning services across a range of domestic and commercial properties. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive and professional company. Whether you have prior experience or are new to the cleaning industry, we welcome your application. Full training will be provided for candidates without previous experience to ensure you feel confident and capable in delivering our services to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities • Carrying out domestic cleaning services in private homes, • Providing professional cleaning services in commercial and business settings, • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising, and general cleaning duties, • Ensuring all tasks are completed to company standards, • Managing time effectively to complete scheduled appointments, • Maintaining professionalism and positive communication with clients, • Reporting any issues or additional service requirements as necessary Requirements • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy, • Strong attention to detail, • Ability to work independently, • Good time management skills, • A positive and professional attitude, • Access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential Candidates who drive will be preferred due to the nature of travelling between client locations; however, non-drivers are encouraged to apply as work can still be allocated accordingly.     About the Role: As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete for a leading technology client. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. What You’ll Do: • Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats., • Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders., • Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status., • File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors., • Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling., • Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions., • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors., • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion., • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail., • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. What You’ll Need: • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work., • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information., • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc., • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset., • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

    tatic Security Officer – Bar Hill, Cambridge We are currently looking for a full time Static Security Officer to join our expanding Team in Bar Hill, Cambridge. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills. We require candidates with previous security experience but full training will also be provided. Working hours This role will include nightshifts and weekend work.
