Maintain stock control, ordering, and supplier management. Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Handle customer queries and complaints effectively. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
