    Care Assistant – Home Care & Supported Living Wellslane Care Limited is expanding, and we are looking for caring, compassionate, and reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly team. About the Role As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes and supported living environments. You will support individuals with dignity and respect, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Your Responsibilities • Providing personal care and support., • Assisting with daily living activities., • Supporting clients with medication (where trained)., • Preparing meals and encouraging good nutrition., • Providing companionship and emotional support., • Helping with light household duties and shopping., • Maintaining accurate care records., • Following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures., • Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
