You’ll work closely with Service, Parts and Bodyshop teams to strengthen processes, uplift profitability, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. This role is perfect for someone forward-thinking, people-focused and committed to operational excellence. In this role: • Guide and support Service, Parts and Bodyshop operations, enhancing aftersales processes and team capability., • Set clear, measurable objectives to drive profitability, performance and customer experience., • Improve divisional Aftersales CSI using insights, root-cause analysis and targeted action planning., • Coach teams to build accountability, engagement and consistent delivery of best practice., • Ensure all processes meet Group, Manufacturer and Regulatory standards, supporting audits and compliance., • Partner with the Divisional Head of Aftersales to deliver cost-effective services and operational improvements., • Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities and solutions., • Support store teams and General Managers with aftersales challenges, escalations and major customer issues., • Lead timely and accurate completion of operational reporting and administration., • Support recruitment to maintain strong team structures across the division., • Attend brand reviews, MPRs and key operational meetings as required.
