This role requires deep expertise in financial services, end‑to‑end programme delivery, stakeholder management, and governance across multiyear, multi‑workstream initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive strategic outcomes, ensure alignment, and lead delivery across business, technology, and operational streams. Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Your Role • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale business programmes, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met., • Drive programme planning, roadmap creation, RAID management, and governance activities in alignment., • Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams, including Business Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and external partner teams., • Partner with senior stakeholders (MD/Director level) to define outcomes, success measures, and alignment with overall organisational strategy., • Lead business readiness activities including operating model design, process improvements, and change adoption., • Oversee programme financials, including budgeting, forecasting, benefit realisation, and cost control., • Provide clear, structured reporting through steering committees, PMOs, and senior executive forums., • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation plans., • Ensure all programme documentation, controls, and governance adhere to regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements. Required Skills & Experience • 10–15 years of programme management experience within financial services, ideally within a global bank., • Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex transformation programmes such as:, • Regulatory change, • Operating model transformation, • Payments, risk, or controls programmes, • Customer journey or digital transformation, • Strong experience working in structured governance environments (e.g., BCF, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile/Hybrid)., • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leadership., • Deep understanding of banking processes, risk and control frameworks, and the regulatory landscape., • Expertise in business case development, benefits realisation, portfolio insights, and financial governance., • Strong decision‑making ability with the capability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes across global teams., • Experience working on UK regulatory or compliance‑driven programmes., • Exposure to technology-enabled transformation, digital platforms, or data‑led initiatives.
