This role requires deep expertise in financial services, endātoāend programme delivery, stakeholder management, and governance across multiyear, multiāworkstream initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive strategic outcomes, ensure alignment, and lead delivery across business, technology, and operational streams. Your Role ⢠Lead endātoāend delivery of largeāscale business programmes, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met., ⢠Drive programme planning, roadmap creation, RAID management, and governance activities in alignment., ⢠Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams, including Business Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and external partner teams., ⢠Partner with senior stakeholders (MD/Director level) to define outcomes, success measures, and alignment with overall organisational strategy., ⢠Lead business readiness activities including operating model design, process improvements, and change adoption., ⢠Oversee programme financials, including budgeting, forecasting, benefit realisation, and cost control., ⢠Provide clear, structured reporting through steering committees, PMOs, and senior executive forums., ⢠Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation plans., ⢠Ensure all programme documentation, controls, and governance adhere to regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements. Required Skills & Experience ⢠10ā15 years of programme management experience within financial services, ideally within a global bank., ⢠Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex transformation programmes such as:, ⢠Regulatory change, ⢠Operating model transformation, ⢠Payments, risk, or controls programmes, ⢠Customer journey or digital transformation, ⢠Strong experience working in structured governance environments (e.g., BCF, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile/Hybrid)., ⢠Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leadership., ⢠Deep understanding of banking processes, risk and control frameworks, and the regulatory landscape., ⢠Expertise in business case development, benefits realisation, portfolio insights, and financial governance., ⢠Strong decisionāmaking ability with the capability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes across global teams., ⢠Experience working on UK regulatory or complianceādriven programmes., ⢠Exposure to technology-enabled transformation, digital platforms, or dataāled initiatives.
