As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead the development and growth in these key customer accounts by shaping compelling propositions, conducting comprehensive research, and providing invaluable insights into sector-specific challenges, nuances, and needs. This expertise will empower NCC Group to differentiate its services, delivering enhanced value to our clients. In addition to this, you will support our sales and delivery organisations, fostering growth and nurturing enduring, strategic relationships with both existing and potential clients. Responsibilities: • Revenue, Orders, and Pipeline Growth: Drive substantial growth in revenue, orders, and pipeline within key Banking accounts aligning with agreed objectives., • Improved Delivery Performance: Measure and enhance delivery performance through Cash and Customer Satisfaction metrics., • Partnership Management; Lead the identification and development of FSI teams partnership with technology firms and industry bodies., • Proposition and Account Development: Lead the strategic development of propositions within key and emerging accounts within the sector, with a focus on large deal shaping. Proficiently understand understanding and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders., • Thought Leadership: Serve as an account expert and cultivate thought leadership within your sector to ensure client success., • Pipeline Visibility: Generate clear demand signals within your accounts to guide the delivery units and inform product and service line innovation., • Client Workshops and Immersion: Facilitate client workshops, encourage knowledge sharing, and foster sector immersion., • High-Value Client Relationships: Cultivate key high-value collaborative relationships with major customers and authorities within FSI and related accounts to drive sustainable growth. Qualifications and Skills: • Financial Services Sector Experience: Proven track record in business development and account management within the Financial Servies Industry., • Complex IT / Cyber security sales experience: Demonstrable success in selling complex IT and or cybersecurity solutions to strategic clients., • Collaborative Team Player: Able to work both independently and as an integral member of a high-performing team, coaching, supporting, and sharing best practice with colleagues., • Passionate and Enthusiastic: Approach your work with unwavering energy and enthusiasm., • Proactive and Motivated: Demonstrate a proactive attitude, motivation, and unwavering ambition with an inherent sense of accountability., • Resourceful Self-Starter: Exhibit creativity, resourcefulness, and adaptability., • Effective Communication: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both in listening and articulating thoughts effectively., • Ambitious & Resilient: A hunger to achieve results with resilience during the sales process., • Change Fit: Ability to deal with ambiguity and keep up with the fast paced nature of the FSI landscape, in a rapid growth team., • Willingness to travel; national and international travel as needed.
