About EQB Groundworks & Civils EQB Groundworks & Civils is a specialist Groundworks & Civil Engineering Contractor delivering high-quality infrastructure, drainage, roads & sewers, foundations, external works, and remediation packages across residential, commercial, and industrial developments. As the business continues its next phase of growth, we are looking to appoint a Groundworks & Civils Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, supporting the successful delivery of projects and helping drive strong commercial performance across the business. The Impact You'll Make We are looking for a commercially driven Groundworks & Civils Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the financial and contractual performance of multiple projects. This role will play a key part in protecting margins, managing risk, supporting operational teams, and ensuring strong commercial control from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with site managers, engineers, site teams, clients, and the supply chain, you will help ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards.
