Civils Site Manager\n\n Salary: Up to £50k dependent on experience\n Additional: Company vehicle or car allowance\n Location: South Yorkshire / Midlands\n Type: Permanent, full-time\n\nLinsco are delighted to recruiting for an experienced Civils Site Manager to join a well-established and forward contractor delivering a range of construction and civil engineering projects across the UK.\n\nDue to good growth prospects and a solid outlook on upcoming projects, they are looking to bolster their site teams with experienced Civils Site Managers in the Yorkshire and Midlands areas.\n\nThis is a key role on site, responsible for driving programme, safety and quality while leading site teams and subcontractors.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee day-to-day site operations on civils projects (earthworks, drainage, roads, structures, etc.)\nManage subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials to ensure efficient delivery\nEnsure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification\nMaintain high standards of HSEQ in line with company and client requirements\nLiaise with clients, engineers, and internal teams\nMonitor progress against programme and report accordingly\nEnsure all site documentation and permits are in place and up to dateRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering\nStrong background in infrastructure / groundwork projects\nTWC (Temporary Works Coordinator) certification\nAP (Appointed Person - Lifting Operations) certification desirable\nSMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)\nCSCS (Black or Gold Card)\nFirst Aid at Work\nStrong leadership and communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectivelyWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary + package\nLong-term project pipeline\nOpportunity to join a reputable and growing contractor\nSupportive and professional working environment \n\nApplications\n\nIf you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, please apply online today, attaching a copy of your current CV.\n\nDue to the vast number of applications that we receive, it is not possible for us to contact all applicants; therefore, only suitable candidates will be contacted.
