Role overview: My client is a Leading Civils and Groundworks Contractor that focus primarily on projects in the South and Southwest of England. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their operational team and support the delivery of projects across the region. The company are located in the Winchester area and focus on projects in the counties of Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire primarily. As a Contract Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple live sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll work closely with site teams, clients, and internal departments to keep projects running smoothly, while maintaining strong relationships and driving consistent performance across your sites.
