Duties and Responsibilities: * Complete timely and high-quality single assessments for Children in Need and Child Protection cases. * Deliver focused, time-limited interventions to prevent escalation and reduce the need for long-term statutory involvement. * Work directly with children and families using a strengths-based approach to identify risk and protective factors. * Manage a varied and dynamic caseload with reflective supervision and professional support. * Support transitions to ongoing services where further intervention is required. * Attend and contribute to ICPCs, CIN meetings and other statutory forums. * Participate in the team duty rota, ensuring a responsive safeguarding service. * Work in partnership with schools, health professionals and multi-agency partners to coordinate effective support plans.
