You will work closely with adults who require support to maintain their wellbeing, build confidence, manage their tenancy and develop independence. Your role is centred around forming warm, trusting relationships and promoting positive mental health and emotional wellbeing. You will support service users both within their homes and the wider community, offering practical, emotional and recovery-focused assistance.
