Keep tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any issues as necessary. Experience Proven experience in painting and decorating is essential, with a portfolio of previous work being advantageous. Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
