Adhere to company health & safety procedures and site requirements at all times. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in construction, labouring, or a relevant trade (essential). Basic understanding of tools, materials, and site processes. Genuine interest in restoration, heritage work, or traditional construction methods. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Good communication skills and a positive attitude on site. CSCS card (essential). Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential).
