Director – Rural Surveyor | Cambridgeshire Leading Estate Management Consultancy Location: Cambridgeshire Position: Full-time, Permanent Level: Director Websters Rural is delighted to be working on behalf of a highly regarded national property consultancy to recruit a commercially driven and experienced Director to lead their rural estate management team in Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior rural surveyor to take a leadership role within a well-established office, managing a diverse client base across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding counties. The role will appeal to a strategic thinker who combines deep sector knowledge with a passion for delivering outstanding client service and developing people. The Role As Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of a varied portfolio of rural estates, including private and institutional clients. You’ll provide high-level consultancy advice on estate strategy, diversification, rural development, and natural capital, while also taking an active role in team leadership, client relationship management, and business development.
