Partnership Performance, Payments & Book SustainabilityBe accountable for the performance, financial oversight and value realisation framework for live insurance partnerships, ensuring the team has the right controls, reporting and guidance to manage partnership performance, calculate and validate performance-related payments, and escalate issues where commercial, customer, regulatory or book sustainability risks arise.4. People Leadership & Team ManagementLead and manage the team responsible for day-to-day insurance partnership management, ensuring colleagues are clear on priorities, controls, performance expectations and escalation routes. The postholder will provide direction, coaching, oversight and support, while remaining accountable for onboarding quality, governance, performance outcomes, payment oversight and effective management of material risks or escalations.
