Proficiency in gardening techniques and practices. Knowledge of plant varieties, soil types, and environmental factors affecting plant growth. Ability to operate gardening equipment and tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license may be required.
