Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage daily site operations across multiple work fronts, • Coordinate and oversee MEP and associated subcontract packages, • Ensure works are delivered in line with programme milestones and project objectives, • Monitor and drive health & safety compliance across site activities, • Manage and mentor Site Managers, engineers and subcontractor supervisors, • Review and monitor quality of installations, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, • Chair and attend coordination meetings with consultants, client representatives and project stakeholders, • Track labour levels and subcontractor performance, maintaining accurate site records, • Oversee material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site, • Support commissioning planning and ensure smooth transition to handover phase, • Work closely with the Project Manager and Commercial team to manage costs and mitigate risk Key Requirements: • Relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline (trade background also considered), • 7+ years’ experience in a supervisory or management role on large-scale construction projects, • Previous hospital or healthcare project experience highly desirable, • Strong understanding of MEP services and complex building systems, • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams, • Excellent organisational and communication skills, • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project planning software advantageous, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, programme-driven environment This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Construction Manager looking to join a contractor that prioritises internal progression, technical excellence and long-term career development.
