Key Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of hospitality positions, including FOH and BOH staff, management, and specialised roles., • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding., • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions., • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool, utilising social media, job boards, networking, and other channels within budget restrictions., • Continuously refine and improve the recruitment process, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (Harri) and provide regular recruitment reports., • Participating in HR projects and supporting new openings in the UK, EU and UAE. Key requirements:, • Proven experience as a Recruiter within the hospitality industry in the UK during the last 2 years., • Strong understanding of hospitality roles and the unique challenges of hiring in this sector., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers., • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools., • Ability to work independently, managing time and tasks effectively., • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail., • Passion for people and hospitality, commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
