We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Appvia within our Talent Acquisition team. This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role for an experienced technology recruiter who thrives in fast-paced consultancy environments and enjoys building strong technical teams at pace. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and leadership across the business to attract, engage, and secure high-quality talent across multiple disciplines including platform engineering, software engineering, delivery, data, AI, and cloud consulting. We are looking for someone who can make an impact quickly - driving sourcing activity, building pipelines, managing candidate processes effectively, and closing strong candidates in competitive markets within their first month. You enjoy the challenge of finding and securing hard-to-reach technical talent, building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and delivering quality hires at pace. This role would suit someone coming from a high-performing technology recruitment agency background who is looking to move in-house while still maintaining a strong focus on delivery, sourcing, and hiring impact.
