As the Head Waiter, you will play a central role in overseeing the dining experience, managing the waitstaff, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. We are looking for a mature, experienced hospitality professional to become the face of our gelateria. This role is perfect for someone with previous hospitality management or supervisory experience who enjoys leading a young team, taking ownership of daily operations and treating the business as though it were their own. As the owner, I will be working alongside the team as much as possible. I am looking for someone I can genuinely trust to confidently manage the business during evenings and weekends, ensuring the highest standards are maintained from opening until closing.
