Internal Sales Executive / Business Development Manager 📍 Office-based (with flexibility to visit clients) 💰 £30,000 - £40,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £50k+) Ready to build something from scratch and actually earn from it? We’re working with a growing, well-established metals business that’s built its reputation on relationships, reliability, and results - and now they’re looking for a driven sales professional to join the team. This isn’t an account management role where you inherit a pipeline… 👉 This is for someone who wants to hunt, win, and grow their own portfolio. The Opportunity You’ll be joining a tight-knit, down-to-earth team within a business that operates across stainless steel, coil, and aluminium products, supplying customers across the UK and internationally. With strong backing, a solid supplier network, and recent growth into aerospace, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.
