This position sits within the management team and is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands‑on safety leadership and technical process support. Alongside this, the postholder will contribute secondarily to ongoing process and operational enhancements, supporting new product development and helping to optimise daily manufacturing performance whilst keeping the site compliant.
