The ideal candidate will have experience handling their own EL/PL caseload. Litigation experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. The successful candidate will handle their cases from initial instruction to settlement, including drafting witness statements, reviewing expert evidence, instructing medical experts and counsel, attending conferences and trials, assessing quantum and making offers of settlement.
