Transaction Manager – Gillingham, Kent Basic Salary: £25,000 | Realistic OTE: £60,000+ | Company Car Hours of work: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30 Saturdays 08:30 - 17:00 on a 1 in 3 rota basis An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transaction Manager to join a successful and high-performing main dealership in Gillingham, Kent. You will support the sales team in maximising opportunities across vehicle sales, finance, insurance products, and add-ons, ensuring every deal is structured effectively and compliantly. Key Responsibilities • Support the sales team in progressing and closing deals, • Maximise profit opportunities through finance and insurance products, • Present tailored finance solutions to customers, • Conduct part-exchange appraisals and vehicle valuations, • Sell finance, GAP insurance, warranties, and additional products, • Ensure sales and finance targets are achieved, • Manage finance documentation, proposals, and payouts, • Maintain compliance with FCA and dealership standards, • Handle customer enquiries and build strong customer relationships, • Assist with audits and compliance requirements, • Engage and convert finance opportunities About You • Previous experience as a Transaction Manager within a franchised main dealer, • FCA accredited (essential), • Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products, • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, • Confident in vehicle valuations and deal stacking, • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, • Customer-focused and commercially driven, • Positive team player with a proactive approach, • Ability to perform in a fast-paced dealership environment If you're an experienced Transaction Manager looking to join a thriving dealership with strong earning potential and a supportive management team, we'd love to hear from you.
