Requirements: · Full and relevant Level 3 in\nChildcare qualification - Essential · Over 1 years’ experience of working\nin Early Years - Essential · Sound knowledge of the statutory\nframework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential · Over 1 years’ experience of working\nin a management position - Desirable. · Level 5 qualification in Childcare\nand/or Management and Leadership - Desirable · Experience of successfully passing an\nOfsted inspection to good or outstanding – Desirable.
