We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in childcare and early childhood education looking for a smaller company to work with. Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years - Plan and implement engaging activities that promote development across all areas (physical, emotional, social, and cognitive) - Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment for all children - Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff - Observe and assess children’s progress, documenting their development - Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our practices and environment Requirements: - If your cup is brimming with emotional intelligence, you're just what we're looking for!
