Key Responsibilities Support the business with AS9100 internal and external audit preparation and delivery. Conduct internal process and system audits in line with AS9100 requirements. Support customer, third-party and certification audits. Review and improve Quality Management System documentation and procedures. Lead root cause investigations using recognised quality tools including 8D, 5 Whys and Fishbone Analysis.
