Create seasonal, cost-effective rotating menus aligned to dietary needs and guest feedback. Support the Performance Chef with nutritionally focused meals, snacks, hydration and recovery options for players. Adapt menus and service styles around training schedules, match days, and individual dietary requirements. Supervise and develop junior chefs and kitchen assistants, delegating tasks and supporting daily operations. Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, allergen control, HACCP and kitchen hygiene at all times. Manage stock control, ordering, wastage reduction and supplier coordination. Foster a positive, organised, high-performance kitchen culture while supporting planning and prep during peak periods. What we're looking for... Proven Sous Chef experience - or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up. Background in high-volume, events, or performance-focused catering environments (sports experience a plus).
