You will take a pro-active approach to supporting Personal Development Managers (Assessors) to deliver progressive teaching, learning and assessment visits with learners in line with our curriculum approaches and awarding organisation standards, observing practice and working with them to drive improvements through Quality Development Plans and team standardisations. With the support of your line manager, you will work closely with the Operations teams to ensure learners remain on track with their programme and complete their Apprenticeship in a timely manner, completing quality assurance checks at the required stages. You will have a clear set of KPIs and will manage your own diary to ensure you achieve these. As a Dental Assessor, you will play a key role in supporting and developing the next generation of dental professionals. You will manage a caseload of apprentices enrolled on the Level 3 Dental Nursing Apprenticeship, providing guidance, assessment, and support throughout their learning journey. This role requires exceptional organisational and communication skills, proficiency in IT, and a genuine passion for education and learner success. What are T Levels? T Levels are new courses coming in September 2020, which will follow GCSEs and will be equivalent to three A levels. These two-year courses have been developed in collaboration with employers and businesses, so that the content meets the needs of industry and prepares students for work. T Levels will offer students a mixture of classroom learning and 'on-the-job' experience during an industry placement of at least 45 days. They will provide the knowledge and experience needed to open the door into skilled employment, further study or a higher apprenticeship. The Role The T Level Examiner role is an excellent opportunity to earn some extra money in a contract role, alongside any full-time commitments you may have, whilst also developing your career in education. T-Level Examiners mark candidate responses in accordance with a pre-defined mark scheme, whilst adhering to the Code of Practice and published examination procedures.
