The Role We are currently recruiting 5 x Quality Business Analysts to work with our client’s Quality and Digital Strategy group and Senior Lab Systems Lead, supporting Lab Execution System (LES) deployment. We are seeking highly motivated and organised individuals with previous experience of instrumental methods, GMP testing activities, and data management systems such as Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). This role is suited to hybrid working with an expectation that at least two days per week will be spent working at our client’s site. Purpose of the role The Associate Technical Business Analyst supports the growth of London's economy by helping London & Partners become a best-in-class organisation for technology, data, and knowledge management. This role plays a key part in ensuring the organisation's technological ecosystem meets high standards of service for both internal teams and external clients. About the job Job summary Senior Business Analyst As a Senior Business Analyst at the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) you will join an established and supportive community of Business Analysts and work across all areas of projects and service lifecycle. In this role you will work as part of an Agile multi-disciplinary squad alongside product managers, service design, data specialists, developers, and testers to deliver new internal and external services. You will be expected to be proactive and take ownership of analysis activities and deliverables including writing user stories with acceptance criteria, modelling business processes, and contributing to three amigo/refinement sessions.
