Role Description As a Front-End Technical Lead at Eeze, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-performance, cross-browser web applications for the gaming industry. Leveraging technologies such as React, TypeScript, Redux, Zustand, and Vite, you will drive our modular front-end architecture and mentor a talented team of developers. This role is ideal for a seasoned front-end engineer with deep expertise in React and modern CSS, strong leadership skills, and the ability to make architectural decisions that scale across products and teams. Key Responsibilities • Define and drive front-end technical strategy, architecture, and standards across multiple projects., • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of front-end developers through regular 1:1s, code reviews, and performance feedback., • Develop rich, performant front-end applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS approaches (CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, or SCSS)., • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Back-End, and QA teams to ensure technical alignment with business and regulatory objectives., • Champion best practices for accessibility, responsive design, and performance optimisation., • Contribute to the evolution of our front-end tooling and shared libraries, supporting maintainability and reusability., • Maintain clear technical documentation and promote high-quality code through reviews and automated testing. Requirements • Professional JavaScript/TypeScript experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role., • Expert-level knowledge of React, including hooks, context, performance optimisation, and component architecture., • Proficiency with CSS and modern styling techniques (e.g., CSS-in-JS, SCSS, Tailwind, design systems)., • Deep understanding of front-end architecture - monorepos, micro-frontends, module federation, and dynamic configuration., • Solid grasp of core engineering principles (SOLID, DRY, YAGNI) and familiarity with functional programming paradigms., • Experience with modern build and bundling tools (Vite, ESBuild, Webpack)., • Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical decisions into business impact., • Proficiency with version control (Git, GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines., • Experience working in Agile environments. Nice to Have • Experience developing gaming or interactive entertainment products., • Familiarity with private npm registries and shared front-end libraries., • Understanding of real-time communication (WebSockets, SSE) and low-latency streaming (e.g., video synchronisation).

About the role: The ServiceNow Architect will oversee the technical implementation of ServiceNow for Fusion customers. As part of the Fusion professional Service team they will be expected to act as the subject matter expert within Fusion and develop the skills of other Fusion employees. They will also assist in the development of standard services offering that Fusion will sell in the market. Main Duties & Responsibilities: ServiceNow Implementation: oManage the implementation of ServiceNow implementations to deliver outcomes and value to customer. o Understand customer requirements and translate these into ServiceNow design to deliver outcomes and value for the customer. o Provide ServiceNow best practice implementation guidance for the customer and Fusion delivery team. o Own the technical design for the implementation of the ServiceNow platform based on ServiceNow and industry best practice. Technical Leadership o Coach and develop more junior Fusion employees in ServiceNow technology and best practices. o Develop Fusion standard methodologies and approach to ServiceNow implementation based on Fusion service methodologies. o Maintain certification in ServiceNow products in ITSM and related products. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology design and implementation with at least 4-5 years of direct ServiceNow implementation experience as a consultant. Proven track record of successfully directing the implementation of significant ServiceNow projects in ITSM. Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in industries relevant to Fusion such as telecoms, retail, utilities etc. Knowledge of specific industry regulations or compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27007, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS) relevant to MSP operations. Experience with APls, web services, and integration tools to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. Skills: Technical: o Strong implementation knowledge of Service Now platform and products o Deep understanding of modern IT infrastructure, cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), network architecture, cybersecurity, data management, and common enterprise applications. oStrong coding skills in Java, Javascript and other related languages. Inter-personal Skills oExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and stakeholders at all levels. oAbility to work in a team both in a leadership position and as a member. oStrong leadership abilities and the capacity to mentor and guide development team members. oProblem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. oAbility to work on your own and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Certifications: ITIL V4 Foundation (as minimum) ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA), Certified Application Developer, and/or Certified Implementation Specialist.
