Working under the direction of the Account Director and/or Senior Account Manager, the Account Manager (SEO) plays a key role in supporting the management of a portfolio of clients, bringing an innovative and strategic approach to their work, to deliver continuous improvement and successful campaigns to their client base. The Account Manager (SEO) is responsible for leading the strategic and tactical implementation of SEO campaigns for clients, ensuring measurable results and ROI. Client relationships (20%) • Serve as the primary point of contact for SEO clients, building strong, trusted partnerships., • Engage with, and build rapport and relationships with your clients, ensuring their business objectives are supported by the agency., • Present strategic plans, reports, and performance insights in a way that is clear and meaningful to clients of varying technical understanding., • Conduct regular check-ins, status updates and quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment and satisfaction., • Handle client feedback, challenges and objections professionally and promptly, escalating internally when necessary. Business development (5%) • Take an active role in supporting the business to hit and surpass its financial turnover and revenue targets., • Assist with business development by having ideas when it comes to House Digital's product / service offering., • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through upselling and cross-selling additional SEO or digital marketing services., • Support new business pitches with SEO insights, projections and proposal input., • Contribute to scoping new projects, estimating resource requirements and setting timelines.
