Working under the direction of the Account Director and/or Senior Account Manager, the Account Manager (SEO) plays a key role in supporting the management of a portfolio of clients, bringing an innovative and strategic approach to their work, to deliver continuous improvement and successful campaigns to their client base. Client relationships (20%) • Serve as the primary point of contact for SEO clients, building strong, trusted partnerships., • Engage with, and build rapport and relationships with your clients, ensuring their business objectives are supported by the agency., • Present strategic plans, reports, and performance insights in a way that is clear and meaningful to clients of varying technical understanding., • Conduct regular check-ins, status updates and quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment and satisfaction., • Handle client feedback, challenges and objections professionally and promptly, escalating internally when necessary. Business development (5%) • Take an active role in supporting the business to hit and surpass its financial turnover and revenue targets., • Assist with business development by having ideas when it comes to House Digital's product / service offering., • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through upselling and cross-selling additional SEO or digital marketing services., • Support new business pitches with SEO insights, projections and proposal input., • Contribute to scoping new projects, estimating resource requirements and setting timelines.
