A Tandoor Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking traditional tandoori dishes using a clay oven (tandoor). The role requires expertise in marination, grilling, and baking items such as naan, kebabs, and tandoori meats while maintaining high food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
