Job Title: Project & Delivery Manager Reports To: Head of Delivery Contract Type: Full- time Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9AM - 5.30PM working hours, with some evening delivery & overnight stays where necessary in line with the role) Location of Role: Hybrid role - 2 days in office (central London location), 3 days working from home is the current working setup. About the role: This is a great role for someone who likes variety and is looking at delivering end to end projects for the business. You will be working with our dynamic passionate team contributing towards a positive impact in supporting young people to understand their future options. You will hold responsibility for a few of our key projects and expected to end to end deliver, from kick off, to review. This role will include renewing of partnerships, yet is more focused on detail and structure of delivering a project successfully. Your responsibilities: • Project Management of a portfolio of client projects – including setting up a project plan identifying risks, actioning project tasks, and reporting back to clients on progress via email and regular meetings., • Clear management of own calendar – this role will involve booking in sessions with schools, hosting in person and virtual events, and travel between in-person sessions., • Deliver and host small-scale to large-scale (300+ attendees) events for students, parents, and employers., • Responsible for pre-event tasks – working with clients to create an agenda, and creating PowerPoint presentation slides., • Responsible for post-event collection of data to support in the creation of project reports, including quantitative and qualitative data., • Contribute to our Student Support function in relation to your set projects - to help young people with apprenticeship applications and to gather feedback from project events. What we are looking for… • Experience of managing a project end-to-end, • Project management interests and qualifications, • Passion for education and our industry, • Proficient in use of Microsoft 365 including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook., • Willing to travel when needed for the role., • Experience of delivering events and/or mentoring of young people., • Confidence and ability to speak to our main audiences – students, parents, teachers, & employers., • Time management and ability to prioritise tasks., • You need to be able to take a methodical and organised approach to your work, paying close attention to detail., • A self-starter able to use initiative; (our team is motivated to make impact, every day).
