The role requires maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, assisting with food preparation, handling deliveries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. • Dishwashing – Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment either by hand or using industrial dishwashers, • Kitchen Cleanliness – Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food preparation areas. Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials, • Food Preparation – Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients, • Driving – Assist with site deliveries inc hospitality, • Inventory Management – Assist in receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies and ingredients, • Compliance with Health and safety – maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen ensuring equipment is in good working order, • No formal education is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred, • Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects, • Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions, • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is a plus, • Strong communication and teamwork skills We are proud to be an inclusive employer and welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
