Whether you are looking for part-time or full-time hours, shift patterns can be negotiated to suit. What we need from you: • A minimum of 3 years experience working in a position as a Chef, • Experienced managing 100-200 covers per day serving traditional pub food with a few specials across breakfast, lunch and dinner, • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques, • Level 3 Food & Hygiene certificate, or be willing to work towards, • Any other qualifications relevant to the role, • Food Hygiene and Food Safety in the workplace, • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, • Driving Licence would be a bonus Duties include but arenot limited to: • Working with and preparing a range of traditional pub food dishes, with ingredients that are all locally sourced 100-200 covers per day, breakfast through to dinner service, • Working together as part of the kitchen team, • Helping maintain the 5-star rating, • Be responsible for adhering to Food Hygiene and Food Safety guidelines, • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment Salary: £16 per hour plus, depending on the level of Chef experience and qualifications. Hours: Various shifts available working part time or full time hours negotiable to suit.
