Responsibilities: • Provide first-line IT support, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues., • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices., • Support cyber security tasks such as access control, software updates, and safe system use., • Set up accounts and devices for new starters, ensuring correct permissions and system access., • Clear and confident communication when supporting technical and non-technical users., • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks., • Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting., • Problem-solving skills with a logical and patient approach., • Ability to document processes and maintain accurate records., • Team player with a positive, approachable attitude., • Eager to learn, adaptable, and open to new technologies., • Trustworthy, reliable, and responsible when handling sensitive information., • Motivated, energetic, and able to work well in a high-performance environment., • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject, • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above) If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
