Math's Teacher Location: Twickenham, London Salary: £30,000-£50,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: September 2024 About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Math's Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics education to students, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and contributing to the overall development of our students. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in line with the curriculum. - Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. - Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and a love for mathematics. - Develop and implement strategies to support students with varying abilities and learning styles. - Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices. - Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and continuous professional development. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field. - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE or UK Experience - Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level. - Strong knowledge of the curriculum and assessment frameworks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement. Desirable: - Experience working with SEN (Special Educational Needs) students. - Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance learning.
