The Job: On behalf of our client we are seeking aTemporary Senior Paralegal in Conveyancing / Conveyancerin Bristol • Fee earning end to end case work including being responsible for your own cases allocated in accordance with resourcing thresholds, to include some more complex matters, • Preparation of documentation, liaising with clients, customers (as and when required), third parties to progress cases through the appropriate process within SLA., • Drafting correspondence., • Reviewing incoming correspondence from third parties., • Managing key dates., • Ensuring the case management system is accurately updated to allow data capture and MI to be produced., • Responsible for delivering an excellent client service through case management., • Full financial management of matters with high level of financial hygiene specifically in relation to billing,, • Undertake work within the regulatory and industry frameworks, policies and procedures., • Maintain a culture of positive behaviour and role modelling within the team., • Regularly updating clients on case progress and ensuring prompt billing. For this role, our client is looking for someone who hasprevious Conveyancing experience or real estate experience • Previous experience of title checking freehold, leasehold and shared ownership properties., • Previous experience drafting and providing detailed advice and proposed solutions to clients., • Demonstrates a natural empathy/affinity with clients and a good telephone manner, • Strong numeracy skills., • Excellent spelling and grammar. xrnqpay Monday to Friday 35 hours per week between 8.30am and 6.30pm The Location: Bristol, BS1, no car parking (hybrid working available, 3 days in the office) The Salary: £145 per day The Contract: 3 months with a chance of extending

Department: Commercial Insurance Reports To: Head of Professional Risks / Account Director Location: Bristol and Birmingham Employment Type: Full-time/ Hybrid Job Purpose The Professional Indemnity Executive is responsible for managing, developing, and servicing a portfolio of Professional Indemnity (PI) clients. The role involves providing specialist advice, placing cover with insurers, negotiating terms, and ensuring clients receive comprehensive risk and claims support. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of PI insurance, excellent relationship management skills, and a proactive approach to business development. Key Responsibilities Client Management • Manage an allocated portfolio of Professional Indemnity clients across various sectors (e.g., legal, construction, financial services, technology, consultancy)., • Deliver high-quality advice on coverage, limits, excess structures, and policy wording., • Conduct renewal reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate risk solutions., • Prepare market presentations and underwriting submissions., • Negotiate competitive terms with insurers., • Maintain strong working relationships with key insurers and underwriters., • Identify and pursue new business opportunities., • Support tender submissions and proposal documents., • Assist clients with notification and management of PI claims., • Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and legal representatives to ensure timely resolution. Essential • Proven experience handling Professional Indemnity insurance., • Strong understanding of policy wordings, exclusions, and endorsements., • Excellent negotiation and communication skills., • Ability to manage multiple renewals and deadlines effectively., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Cert CII / Dip CII qualified (or working towards qualification)., • Experience dealing with complex or high-value PI placements., • Competitive salary (dependent on experience), • Performance-related bonus, • Pension contribution, • Private medical insurance
